Maintenance Mechanic

1st Shift Maintenance Mechanic is Needed!+ 1st Shift (6am - 2:30pm)+ Fridley, MN+ This individual will be doing all aspects of mechanical and electrical maintenance on their manual machinery and other manufacturing equipment.+ This position is heavy on electrical repair and maintenance and requires someone who has worked in the 220 Volt range.+ Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, or the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate. Responsible for both preventative and corrective maintenance on hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical functions of the manufacturing equipment.+ Responsible for calibrating equipment and gauges, maintaining test cells, and working on additional equipment like forklifts and cranes.+ Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary.+ Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment.+ Inspect drives, motors, and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions, following checklists.**About Aerotek:****Your success starts with the right career opportunity.
