Administrative Support (legal) & Receptionist (Finance)KGPCo is looking for a Legal Administrative Assistant & Receptionist with experience to work in our Legal Department. The successful candidate will support KGPCo by answering phones, directing calls, and admitting individuals to the building. S/he will support the Legal Department through vendor onboarding, completing forms, bill payment, organizing, tracking, filing and additional projects as requested. The Legal Administrative Assistant & Receptionist will be a valuable member of the Legal Department, located in our Faribault, MN office which is 20 miles from the south metro.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; other duties may be assigned: Answer incoming phone calls promptly and direct as appropriate.Admit individuals to the building after verifying their business.Record individuals granted access to the building through a log and visitor badge.Pay bills for Legal Department.Manage expense reports for Legal DepartmentSet up small-scale vendors.Scanning, saving, and filing of legal documents.Review and complete credit applications and other questionnaires as needed.Verify and make requested vendor contact and payment changes.Support company licensing requirements.Performs other duties as requested by supervisor. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required. At least one year (more preferred) related experience in an office setting. Strong phone, personal skills, and a high level of professionalism are a must. Experience with Microsoft Office is strongly preferred. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating & maintenance instructions and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees of the Company; ability to respond to questions. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's; ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form; ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
