In this role, you will work closely with members of Baker Tilly's People Solutions leadership and operations teams.Does this describe you? You are highly organized, detail-oriented and enjoy supporting a team dedicated to providing exceptional client serviceYou want to grow, develop your skills and build a career now, for tomorrowWhat you will do:Be a trusted member of the People Solutions team making a positive impact whereby you will:Schedule candidate interviews to include distribution of resumes, candidate overviews, agendas, applications, directions and evaluations Coordinate travel arrangements as needed for candidatesCreate offer letters and prepare candidate job offer packetsConduct background checks and process new hire paperworkSupport employee referral program and processesUpdate applicant tracking system as needed; process weekly and monthly reports as neededPost and update jobs to corporate and external websitesRespond to various inquiries from the talent acquisition team and/or candidatesWork on special projects as assignedLearn and grow from direct on the job coaching and mentoring along with participating in firm-wide learning and development programsUtilize your relationship-building skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with candidatesEnjoy friendships, social activities, and team outings that encourage a work-life balanceQualificationsSuccessful candidates will have:High school diploma, Associates degree preferredOne (1)+ year of administrative or executive support experience supporting multiple individuals, experience within a talent acquisition function highly desiredDemonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, project management, communication skills requiredDemonstrated level of technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint at the Intermediate or Advanced levels requiredProfessional demeanor and ability to handle matters confidentiallyThe ability to work overtime and some weekends as neededEligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred
