Facilitate requirements gathering, communication and use/test case creation, ensuring that stakeholders have a shared understanding of the requirements and how they will be implemented. Must be able to utilize and effectively communicate technical components of an initiative to applicable parties2. Leverage enterprise-driven tools and the Agile Methodology/Principles to our team's advantage. Ensure Business Process Maps remain current.3. Participate in system testing to ensure successful project implementations.4. Manage and resolve Operations Service Requests. Work with Producer Help Desk and Business teams on trends and training to reduce number and improve processes.5. Perform regular system administrative functions as needed (daily, weekly and monthly) for optimal system performance.6. Work on special assignments, data analysis using excel and other reporting tools.qualifications:**Must have qualifications/experience:**1. Prior BA experience in the Agile delivery model.2. Prior business operations experience.3.
