As a member of the Financial Services Marketing Team, this position is responsible for consumer marketing and communications to acquire, develop and retain health accounts by managing the design and execution of programs that achieve participation and value targets. This position will have direct involvement in developing custom marketing communications in all markets.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of consumer marketing programs and projects for health accounts with guidance of senior team members
  • Develop, manage and maintain relationships with internal (product, sales, operations, legal, creative, etc.) and external stakeholders and keep them informed about marketing initiatives
  • Track and report on marketing program results. Develop recommendations for continuous improvement and communicate to stakeholders
  • Support website updates in a high quality, accurate, and timely manner using AEM tool.
  • Support social media strategy, including researching ideas that inform editorial line up and content creation in partnership with social media and digital teams
  • Help manage quality execution of email campaigns with our campaign manager including content review and proof-reading, email opt out lists, compliance reviews, HTML management with campaign operations and metrics reporting
  • Manage quarterly webinar campaigns, including scheduling, developing and sending related communications. Support projects for 3 Marketing Managers working on digital, campaign and custom programs
  • Create and modify documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat including sales presentations and marketing communications
  • Work with Creative Services by submitting jobs in Work Front, managing projects, coordinating rounds of review and overseeing production with quality and excellence

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of B2C marketing experience, at least 2 of which must be working within a financial services organization
  • 3+ years of experience developing marketing content, sales collateral, and outbound marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Experience using Adobe Experience Manager
  • Experience planning, executing and measuring marketing campaigns
  • Experience with digital consumer acquisition marketing programs
  • Professional experience with writing, proofreading and quality execution
  • Ifyou need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screenfor symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response(i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or similar UnitedHealthGroup-approved symptom screener. When in a UnitedHealth Group building,employees are required to wear a mask in common areas. In addition, employeesmust comply with any state and local masking orders
