Description: ABOUT THE ROLE Attention to detail and excellent communication Uber - Positive enthusiastic, winning attitude! Load, deliver and install new window and door materials in new construction or remodeled buildings Must be able to identify window and door material quality issues that would affect the installation and/or performance of the window/door. Must report any defective items to the appropriate team members. Understand and complete installation based on vendor specific installation methods, warranties and service policies/procedures. Must be comfortable working in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments. Depict construction plans for proper installation of materials at job sites. High level understanding of basic construction methods. Visit job sites to take measurements and/or review job site if necessary. Ensure that service issues are addressed within 48 hours. 48 hour solution resolution Collaboratively work with both the Sales Team/ Window Specialists and the Schedulers for reorders and reschedules of jobs. YOUR PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE It would be great if your experience encompasses these four things: Your background involves putting customers first You have been a HUGE contributor to the success of a team You are known to be the point person for product knowledge You are uniquely you and bring something to the table that no one else can. We can train you if you have the right personality. Requirements High School Diploma or GED. One to three years of experience in installing doors/windows, building materials, or similar industry. Requires ordinary ambulatory skills; stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and manipulate weights of 5-100lbs. Must be able to use power tools, tape measure, read and understand work instructions, materials, and communicate with customers, co-workers, and contractors to ensure excellent customer service. Requires great hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity. Valid Wisconsin Driver's License PM19 . Requirements:
