Description:

  • This position is to support our current Next Gen CMS project that has been in flight for about 1 1/2 years.
  • We have a new release starting in which we need additional QA Testers.
  • This product is our software solution for commercial application.
  • QA tester that has experience in creating testing plans, executing on testing plans through manual and automation testing. Prefer stronger automation coding skills and experience using Katalon Studios.

Skillset and requirement :

  • Bachelor's Degree required. 3+ years relevant experience
  • Mid-level at minimum 3+ years
  • Perform complex testing to ensure quality standards are met
  • Lead the development of testing plans and execution responsibilities (Manual and Automated) per the project needs and the test plan. Creation of test cases in script or step by step format or (Positive and Negative)
  • Works from user stories, acceptance criteria, schematics, architecture drawings and written or verbal instructions to break down requirements into understandable and re-usable test cases.
  • Experience writing test cases both manual and automation from scratch as well as updating existing test cases.
  • Strong in Katalon Studio Mobile automation or similar preferred
  • Focus on a QA Tester that can both write and automate test cases, less focused on manual testing.

Responsibilities :

  • Performs a variety of duties in the software applications and app areas.
  • Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.
  • Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.
  • Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format. .

  • Work consists of technical tasks that are typically not routine.
