Job Summary

Oversees the short and long term activity of company-wide sales, enhance promotional sales planning and provide direction to develop new markets in accordance with the mission, vision and goals. Oversees the organization's sales projects; advises the management team on sales matters. Advises others on how to display creativity and sensitivity to the prospect's needs and concerns in each follow-up contact. Ensures that all employees and companies have current and up to date licenses and/or education. Reviews and ensures compliance with relevant organizational and legal policies and procedures. Creates and customizes organizational methods and procedures for financial reports. Monitors and ensures accuracy of the use of a variety of financial report-writing tools. Advocates the development of new technologies and tools for the full spectrum of product groups and products. Participates in multiple phases of the insurance support process, using a broader understanding of operations. Oversees financial analysis to evaluate department, organizational and managerial performance. In absence of a sales representative, the manager take over the account and act as a sales representative.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent management experience.
Must possess sales or applicable experience.
The employee must have a current valid driver’s license, and must meet all medical guidelines for Sanford Health Category I drivers. All Category 1 and 2 drivers must have MVR reports that do not contain unacceptable driving offenses or accidents as outlined by Sanford Insurance Carrier section of the policy. If applicable, must be able to obtain state contractors license.
