Roles and Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced Technical BusinessAnalyst who will be responsible for gathering and documenting businessrequirements related to BIM construction software, and ensuring they convey thevoice of the customer in everything we build into our software. This role willbe part of the product management organization and will work closely with theProduct Owner and act as a liaison with the Development team. The BA must be adynamic multitasker that can work in a fast-paced, cross-functional agileenvironment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Gather and document business requirementsWrite user stories and lead grooming sessions with your teamInterface with stakeholders to understand their web-based application needsCollaborate with UX team in the development of mock-ups and prototypes that support business requirementsDesign process workflows for Reality Capture, BIM, and other digital construction processesPartner with Quality Assurance by writing acceptance criteria and working with the team to executeTrain internal teams on new product enablementParticipate in presentations to customersPresent progress reports on the delivery schedule of project dependencies to LeadershipParticipate in all Scrum ceremonies - sprint planning, daily standup, story grooming, backlog grooming, sprint demo and ensure team adherence to the product roadmapQualifications: A Bachelor's degree in a technical area of study5-7 years of business analysis experienceCreative thinker with vision and attention to detailAbility to see the big picture throughout the product development processExperience gathering and documenting business requirements for the construction industryHands-on experience working with both development and product management teamThorough understanding of the SDLCGood oral and written communication skills.Ability to use Jira or other sprint planning toolsExperience creating business process flows, data flows, requirements, communication plans, and training for business applications changes and releasesPhysical Demands:The physical demands described here arerepresentative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully performthe essential functions of this job.
