Copy Of Behavioral Health Administrative Specialist (Finance)Nystrom & Associates, Ltd. is a team of mental health professionals that specialize in psychiatric evaluations, clinical social work, and family therapy. We are committed to helping patients in our community who are experiencing personal, emotional, marriage, family or psychological problems. Founded in 1991, we offer an intensive outpatient chemical dependency program, psychological testing, and behavioral health and medication management services. We are currently seeking two Full-Time Behavioral Health Administrative Specialist for our fast paced front desk team at our Woodbury clinic! In this role you will check-in patients, answer phone calls, make reminder calls, schedule appointments and collect co-pays. Other duties include the following:Opening or closing the clinicFaxing and copyingSorting documents into the electronic chartBasic knowledge of billing and insurance coverageAny other projects that the Office Manager may assign Qualifications:Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitaskProficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft OfficeStrong customer service and interpersonal communication skillsPrevious front desk, reception/receptionist, administrative assistant, or office experience preferredHigh School Diploma requiredAn interest in psychology, counseling, the behavioral sciences, social work, or healthcare is strongly preferred Hours (There are two open positions, please ensure that you can work one of the listed shifts below):1. Monday-Thursday 9:45am-7:15pm and Friday 7:45am-11:45am2.
