In this position, you will be a member of the Boston Scientifics Peripheral Interventions Pricing and Contracting Team supporting BSC's National Accounts, Corporate Sales, Peripheral Interventions Sales Force and internal operations. This position interfaces and supports sales and operations teams with responsibilities for managing and supporting the lifecycle of a contract. This role requires a high level of business acumen, customer solution focus, multi-tasking skills, contract management, comprehensive organizational skills and analytical ability.

Your Responsibilities include:

Support the sales teams by providing pre-contract analysis, including price and revenue modeling, profitability and revenue risk exposure, and management of pricing approval process via our contract management system and business unit guidelines.
Consult with corporate sales directors, field sales directors and regional sales managers on the strategic intent and parameters of the available sales programs and guidelines.
Support the sales organizations' requirements in the development, coordination and on-going maintenance of the contract document requirements.
Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems of diverse scope and complexity where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Exercise judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Has a broad knowledge of a variety of alternatives and their impact on the various business units.
Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including pricing metrics, revenue and profitability, contract compliance, contract performance metrics.
Maintain a complete understanding of contract requirements to ensure all relevant contract administrative obligations are met in a timely and accurate manner.
Work cross-functionally with legal, finance and marketing as well as other BSC divisions to ensure effective workflow throughout the contract lifecycle and consistent process execution

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree
Minimum 5 years of Accounting/Finance, Sales Operations, and/or Contract Management experience
Highly motivated, high impact individual with strong technical, analytical and leadership competencies to work effectively in a sales organization.
Highly detailed oriented, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management skills, including effectively managing multiple priorities.
Candidate must have experience working successfully within a Matrix organization, effectively influencing cross-functionally, across divisions and at various levels of management.
Skills in Microsoft Office applications, Intermediate to Advanced Excel, required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Business Intelligence platforms, and exposure to Model N or other Contracting/Revenue Management systems preferred.
Comprehensive experience supporting the negotiations of complex agreements and ongoing contract management required.Focus in Accounting/Finance, Sales Operations, and/or Contract Management functions preferred.
Contracts experience within medical device industry desired
