Marketing Director - Central Division - Minneapolis, MN

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is looking for a high energy team player for the newly created Central Division Marketing Director role in our Minneapolis, MN office. As a marketing generalist, your scope will include strategic marketing and business development planning, pursuit strategy, marketing team development, and leadership and collaboration on national marketing initiatives. We're looking for a visionary leader who knows how to educate and sell the benefits of marketing.

Some things you can expect to do:

Partner with the Divisional President and Chief Marketing Officer to set the marketing and business development course for our regional offices in Minnesota (Minneapolis, Rochester), Iowa/Kansas (Des Moines, Cedar Rapids, Kansas City) and Texas (Austin, Dallas).
Play a critical role in our marketing efforts for some of the largest and coolest projects in Ryan's history.
Collaborate on strategy and messaging for key pursuits, participate in prepping and coaching team members on RFP presentations.

To be successful in this role, a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Communications (or comparable) is required. Ideal candidates will have 10 - 15+ years of experience in B2B and/or high-end professional services. Willingness to travel approximately 15% (mainly within state) is needed.
