Employee will be MIG welding various types of steel and alloys for playground equipment. Galvanized steel (90% of what they do) stainless steel ,aluminum, and black steel are some of the materials, along with alloys. These materials are thinner gauges up to 1/8" thick, so materials are more sensitive. They will be welding off of blueprints but they have employees who specifically put the material into the fixtures and the welders have to move the fixture into their welding bay so there can be some heavier (up to 50lbs.) lifting in this position.
