COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Diesel Technician/Mechanic compensation:
??? Up to $21 per hour, starting compensation is based on level of experience
??? Full-time offering multiple shifts with shift differential
??? Eligibility of our gold standard benefits package including Health from BCBS, Dental, Vision, Life
??? Profit Sharing Opportunities: Contributed $12 million towards employee profit sharing in 2019
??? Paid time off starting day one
??? Annual reviews and more!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Diesel Mechanic you will:
??? Service/inspect tractors, trailers and/or refrigeration equipment
??? Determines defects and potential problems
??? Demonstrate knowledge of air, electrical, drive train, steering and suspension engine systems
??? Change brakes, seals, and bearings and troubleshoot simple electrical problems
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Our ideal candidate would have:
??? An associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school
??? Or, one to two years of experience repairing tractors and trailers
??? TAKE THE FIRST STEP
