OVERVIEW At Sentry, our Information Security Analysts play a key role on our Information Security - Identity & Access Management (IAM) Team. In this position, you will assist technical leadership in development, support and maintenance of the Identity & Access Management platform. The Information Security Analyst receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles while following processes, procedures and guidelines to complete routine to moderately routine assignments.
You will have the opportunity to work with IAM solutions that integrate partnering organizations, applications, and enterprise services. You will work closely with leadership to ensure that the IAM security infrastructure delivers at a service level consistent with organizational service level agreements, risk tolerance, information access requirements, and business strategies.

WHAT YOU'LL DO ??? Work within the IAM platform (myAccess).
??? Research/analyze/correspond with requestors and complete work items in myAccess.
??? Monitor and complete Access provisioned to the JDBC application partially integrated with myAccess.
??? Manage IAM Mailbox, InfoSec IAM Distribution List, Personal Inbox, walk-ups, triaging and assigning Cherwell tickets
??? Role Management - partner with diverse business areas to analyze the access requirements
??? Prepare Certifications, follow-up and audit annual and transfer certifications for completeness and accuracy.
??? Support access control standards and ensure standards are adhered to.
??? Provide support in developing training, informational and educational materials to support technology users.
??? Gather support documents for access related Audits both internal and external.
??? Administration of Decentralized Applications
??? Support and on-call work (when needed) for SailPoint & IAM Maintenance
??? Support the IAM Program. This includes but is not limited to, researching failed/canceled tasks, scheduling tasks, changing configurations, code changes (not as part of a project), writing PS scripts, server maintenance, Supporting/assisting teams off hours on-call, etc.
??? Support project work as we re-design the IAM Program. This includes but is not limited to: Research, Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Partnering with Expert Services from SailPoint and/or work that is outside of the scope of daily work.
WHAT IT TAKES ??? Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
??? Related work experience preferred.
??? Applies broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education.
??? Knows fundamental/conceptual information security theories, principles and practices.
??? Ability to use existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems.
