The MARS Returnship program is designed to pave a path for women in technology that are looking to restart their career.

Our program begins with 12 -24 weeks of immersive experience in technology, where we enable you to apply your academic knowledge to real-life and enterprise-grade complex IT projects. We have expert coaches to help you excel in all aspects of BI Engineering.

At the end of your Returnship internship, you become a BI Consultant and gain one year of project experience at one of MARS Solutions' top tier clients building and deploying complex technology applications.

MARS Returnship Program

• 3-6 months immersive internship experience in SQL BI Development, Data Modeling, Scripting, SSIS and PowerBI
• Additional coaching and expertise in:
• DevOps principles
• Agile Project Management
• Unit Testing frameworks
• Technical Analysis
• Quality Assurance
• Security Principles
• Professional Development
• Health and Wellness
• One year of hands-on technology experience with diverse client projects
• Paid training and competitive salaries

Requirements:

• Academic experience and in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math
• Relevant prior experience in technology that lends to upskilling
• Unlimited work authorization

Responsibilities include:

• Commitment to the participant guidelines
• Collaborating with a technical team to design and develop technical solutions
• Using an Agile Mindset and Agile Process to conduct Data, Technical and Business Analysis
• Design Data Visualization Dashboards
• Capture Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
• Design execution Sprints
• Define value to the business
• Establishing working code
• Build Unit Tests for the code
• Analyzing code to identify bugs and ensure quality
• Presenting a solution to the technical team and business users
• Developing and testing enhancements
• Maintaining developed systems and upgrading tools to ensure they stay relevant
