The customer service representative is responsible for answering 80+ phones calls within a call center setting. Phone calls can vary from answering and directing phones calls, taking messages for providers, answering questions around services, schedule/reschedule/cancel appointments, etc. for all clinics.

The call center is a very high paced environment and requires high attention to detail. The call center is experience high hold times and call volumes. Candidates must understand that they may be answering calls from angry and upset customers and must be able to de-escalate the customer and not take the upset call personally.
