DIRECTOR OF IT
ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Our client is a global manufacturing organization who pride themselves in setting the bar with high with their products. They have invested time, money, and resources to develop their IT platform and bring their organization up to current technology standards. The Director of IT will be part strategic visionary part hands-on technical manager for systems, applications, and networks within the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DIRECTOR OF IT:
??? Migration and integration of new ERP System - MS Dynamics
??? Complete integration of internal applications including but not limited to - POS system, ERP system, HRIS, etc.
??? Migration to Office 365
??? Analyze and recommend software and hardware implementations/upgrades
??? Direct the IT team - setting targets/goals, mentoring, providing feedback and guidance, and hiring staff members (10 Direct Reports)
??? Manage projects outlined by executive leadership
??? Manage vendor relations
??? Participate in annual budget process for IT needs
??? Building a cohesive team with strong ethics/morals
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE DIRECTOR OF IT:
??? Bachelor's Degree - Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related
??? 3+ years managing a small team/department
??? Experience with software migrations, implementations, and upgrades
??? Project Management including P/L, capital expenditures, and operating budget
??? MS Windows Server support
??? Preferred Office 365 migration experience
??? Collaborative and innovative mindset
