Long Term Care Group is offering customer facing positions at their Woodbury location. The position will be work from home after the training period and comes with great benefits!

Candidates will be taking inbound customer service calls for a long term care insurance. The calls will be from members that are needing more information regarding their policies or their benefits. Candidate needs to be able to address the questions and give them detailed information regarding policy, the effective date of their benefits, questions about submitting claims, questions about bills or charges that they have received etc. These individuals may also receiving calls from the policy owners family members such as their son or daughter so they will need to be compliant with all HIPAA guidelines and requirements.
Representative will be working with multiple programs and will have to document each call into database.
