Our client is seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join their growing team.

RESPONSIBIITIES:

  • Handle varied customer transactions; including inbound/outbound calls to customers and internal groups.
  • Answer questions on customer order entry, servicing customer accounts, in-depth technical assistance, product information, education, and recommendation.
  • Communicate with other departments and providers to research and resolve issues, identify and implement service solutions; monitor progress using service measurement systems; identify areas to improve communications and efficiency of operations through continuous improvement efforts; work to enhance knowledge in key service areas; and other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Time Management/ Productivity
  • Must be reliable (showing up on time, staying for full shift, planful in absences)
  • Basic MS Office Skills, Basic excel skills
  • Able to learn quickly
  • computer systems/processes (5-7 systems, multiple websites, multiple databases)
