Position Summary This position will work in J. J. Keller's Managed Services team; a fast-growing department thatprovides several outsource services offeringswhich help customers off-load the time consuming and complex tasks of managing various safety and compliance regulations. Join this team of 30+ development resources who build and maintain both internal, custom applications as well as client-facing applications. This individual willcreate technical architecture and perform developmenton large, complex projects. Additionally, this role will provide mentorship to others and will helpset cloud strategy, contribute to expanding DevOps processes and contribute to the growth of web and mobile offerings to help make a difference for our customers.

This position can work remote from within the US.

Job Responsibilities Acts as architect on new development projects, including those crossing across several product lines.
Analyzes functional and business requirements and determines technical solutions.
Produces technical design documentation and development plans and provides accurate estimates based on business needs.
Makes recommendations regarding site architecture and development techniques/standards and leads implementation of both.
Provides technical leadership, mentorship and training to other developers on projects.
Performs complex programming tasks related to new development.
Provides consultation to Product Managers and design resources in determining technical solutions and/or direction during the design phase of projects.
Coordinates with Website and Database Administrators on planning and implementation of architecture or server related projects.
Communicates with third party vendors, end users, customers and internal product stakeholders on systems requirements, enhancements and recommendations to support business direction.
Collaborates with other Architects within the department and across other departments to help mold future technical vision.
Develops and maintains a solid understanding of the technology tools and trends and remains current in new technology developments and their potential impact on the department. Qualifications Experience:

10+ years of progressive experience in analysis, technical design, coding and testing of PC/Internet based applications (team utilizes Microsoft Stack back-end and React front-end).
6+ years experience working with Microsoft development tools. UI and specifically React experience a strong plus.
Experience with Microservices and cloud architecture (Azure and/or AWS).
Strong knowledge of DevOps.
Mobile development architecture a plus (native iOS / Android or Xamarin).
Experience with Remote Process Automation/Business Process Automation and OCR is astrong plus.
Business Intelligence architecture utilizing Power BIa strong plus.
Previous experience training and mentoring technical resources. Education:

Bachelor's Degree (four year college or technical school) Required, Field of Study: Computer Science or a technology-related field. Other Skills/Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to architect complex systems utilizing new or existing methodologies to ensure productivity and success.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and assess technology tools to provide recommendations for supporting business direction.
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate technical and non-technical issues with customers, vendors and product stakeholders at various levels. Physical Requirements Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time. Occasional travel to offsite offices or customer sites may also be required, depending on assignment.
