NorthLakes Community Clinic is proud to be a Community Health Center. We provide care to everyone, including those with commercial insurance, those with government insurance (Medicaid and Medicare) and those without insurance. In addition, Community Health Centers provide comprehensive, integrated, whole-person care including medical, dental, behavioral health and prescription services.

NorthLakes Community Clinic takes the safety of our patients and employees very seriously. We follow CDC guidelines and require all employees to wear a mask when on-site at all of our NorthLakes Clinic locations.

We are seeking a full-time General Dentist to work in our Northern Region. This position will work out of our Hurley Clinic location. Qualified candidates will be proficient, motivated, and dedicated to improving the lives of their patients through the quality of treatment provided. As a member of our dental team, you will provide preventive, general and comprehensive dentistry services including evaluation, treatment, education and referral. You will be responsible for providing and ensuring the provision of preventative and restorative dental care that is consistent with accepted professional standards.

This full-time position is Monday - Friday, with no call, no weekends & no holidays.

. Requirements:

• DDS/DMD degree from US accredited dental school
• Active and unrestricted Dental License to practice in Wisconsin
• Active Federal DEA
• Ability to pass a Wisconsin Healthcare background check.
• CPR certification within 6 months of hire.
• Wearing a mask is a requirement for all of our positions.
