Eide Bailly also offers an “Xchange Program” that promotes consulting skills and experience with a wide range of specialty services. Audit and tax staff members who have been with the firm at least one year can spend six weeks to six months focusing on a new specialty service area, and we’ve even had staff members move to a new area as a result of this experience.
