Business Analyst - Dynamics NAV/Business Central - Remote (US) - $115k - Future Advancement Opportunities

A leading Microsoft partner in the Midwest is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Senior Business Analyst to join their team. They are looking for someone who enjoys challenging projects and building strong and lasting relationships with each client.

This role requires someone who is comfortable in a customer facing role preferably with a background in handling both NAV and D365 Business Central projects for a Microsoft Partner. This client needs someone who has experience with both the functional and technical side of implementation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the subject matter expert for NAV/Business Central on new client implementations
• Work alongside customer stakeholders in understanding their business needs and designing a system that fits these requirements
• Continually find way to deepen client relationship and increase customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Dynamics NAV
• Expertise with D365 Business Central
• Bachelors in Computer Science a huge plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of finance, production, and distribution modules within NAV
• Experience working in the Microsoft Partner channel preferred
• Passionate about customer service
• Excellent problem-solving skills
