Job Summary

The Patient Experience Strategist will provide needs assessments, gap analyses and data analytics to identify opportunities and provide instruction in best practices, continuous improvement learning and methods to drive improvement. This role will use skills in leading through influence and psychological safety frameworks to help leaders develop strong learning environments in their areas to drive team member engagement in the work. This role will require strong skills in team facilitation to help groups and cross functional teams collaborate to create a seamless patient experience across the continuum of care. Will develop and implement trainings and participate in system level assignments as needed. Partners with teams (clinical/non-clinical) in developing and implementing strategies to improve the patient experience at the unit/departmental level. Assists teams in collecting, aggregating then analyzing data, and developing realistic improvement plans. Deploy improvement initiatives to help teams meet the patient experience goals. Collaborate with team members to develops metrics, data tools, and effective reports to facilitate decision-making and spur improvement. Creates measurements to fit processes that can be used to monitor effectiveness and further improvements. Serve as the subject matter expert on patient experience trends and best practices for assigned areas. Translate data trends into meaningful insights, recommendations to inform actionable strategy based on the voice of the patient.

Department Details

minimum of 3 years in patient experience, Microsoft suite, good presentation skills, ability to motivate and inspire to drive strategy

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, or Healthcare Management is required.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Patient Experience field.
