This Allstate agency continues to grow as part of the Walser Automotive Group with multiple locations available within the Twin Cities. Experience is preferred, however paid training will be provided with no experience necessary. With this agency you'll receive UNLIMITED Leads, FLEXIBLE scheduling and REMOTE work capabilities! Must live in MN *What You'll Do:* * Represent Walser Insurance Service in a positive and professional manner * Operate as an Exclusive Allstate Insurance Representative * Provide a best in class customer experience * Practice a consistent sales process. * Manage high volume of outbound call solicitations to our Walser customers after the purchase of their vehicle, * Offer complimentary insurance quotes to see if we can save prospects money on their insurance rates * Recommend and explain proper insurance coverages for their household * Providing customers quotes for auto, home, cabin, boat, atv, RV and life insurance * Provide diligent follow up to assist with questions * Write insurance policies through Allstate Insurance * Answer inbound phone calls from current customer, answer insurance questions and perform policy changes *We are looking for:* * Successfully complete the MN Property and Casualty exam within 30 days of hire (company paid) * Maintain licensing * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong ability to multitask * Ability to quickly build rapport with customers over the phone Proficient technology skills with capability to working on multiple platforms * Self-motivated and goal oriented. *What You'll Get in Return:* * Full benefits package including; Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K / Match, Paid Parental Leave * Progressive PTO Package * Aggressive commission structure * The opportunity to volunteer through the Walser Foundation We operate on a set of Core Values which drive our decisions and actions on a daily basis.
