The PositionLandmark Credit Union is seeking to fill a Vice President, Mortgage Loan Servicing role in the Milwaukee, WI market. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of all aspects of mortgage, consumer, and auto loan servicing.This position offers a competitive salary of up to $140K and an outstanding benefits package.Vice President, Mortgage Loan Servicing responsibilities include: Developing objectives to specify the short term and long-term plans in accordance with the Bank's strategic goals. Developing and implementing goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and work standards for the Department. Leading the evaluation, testing, and/or modifying of current or new procedures. Creating and maintaining strong working relationships with investors/agencies. Ensuring accurate and timely reporting and remittance. Reviewing monthly loan servicing results and implements needed changes to ensure processes meet investor and company requirements. Training, developing and assisting with career pathing of staff members. Monitoring productivity, accuracy, and overall job performance for staffing efficiencies. Obtaining regular feedback on service experiences from members and internal staff. Ensuring compliance and has a clear understanding of RESPA, FDCPA, TCPA, investor requirements, company policy & procedure requirements, and state and/or federal regulations. Representing Loan Operations in meetings with branches, account officers, and department managers. Resolving complex and sensitive loan operations and customer servicing issues. Keeping abreast of new and changing technologies within the loan services arena. Performing other duties as assigned. Eight or more years of managerial/team lead experience. Five or more years of experience managing loan servicing teams including in the development of skills, performance management, and coaching. Prior experience with Fiserv technology required. Prior success in the day-to-day operations management and compliance for loan servicing. Experience in leading process improvement efforts resulting in increased efficiencies and productivity gains. Excellent oral and written communication skills required to establish goals, direct and evaluate staff; interact with employees, industry peers, and outside vendors; make recommendations; prepare reports; and conduct presentations. Tactical as well as a strategic thinker, with excellent leadership skills. Excellent organization, project management, execution, and delivery skills. Must be able to multi-task with frequent interruptions; be comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment; and manage multiple projects to a conclusion on time. Comfortable with metrics-based performance, including the ability to meet critical deadlines. MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook.
