Non-IT Project Analyst
Job Description:
Working with the SEI Wealth Platform (SWP) Training Product Owner and System Documentation Lead, responsible for the following SWP project tasks.
- Conduct needs and learner analyses
- Develop training plan and calendar for each trial/model office
- Learn the SWP system, develop training materials and deliver training sessions as needed
- Develop SWP eLearning as needed
- Write SWP system procedures, user guides, quick reference guides, and frequently asked questions
- Write and send training communications
- Register required learners for instructor-led training sessions and track attendance
- Track PLATO eLearning completion and follow up with Business Readiness Training Coordinators as needed
- Manage Model Office training IDs
Provides project and analytical support to assigned business line or functional area. Performs research, analysis, review, development, implementations, and monitoring of new and/or revised products/services. Acts as a project liaison with other departments. Analyzes current costs and estimates the cost or cost savings. Compiles and analyzes information for an assigned project or areas making recommendations based on findings.
Note: This position is for a Learning & Development Training Specialist. The ideal candidate has experience with the SEI Wealth Platform (SWP) application and minimally 5-8 years training experience, college degree preferred. We're looking for someone who is interested in converting from a temp to perm position mid-year 2023. Work will be done from home due to the pandemic and possibly permanently with occasional meetings at Schlitz Park. Preferred location is SE Wisconsin.
