Job Summary

The Human Resources (HR) Operations Analyst is responsible for developing and supporting the design, development and delivery of HR information requests in a number of contexts. *** Looking for candidates proficient in SQL, Python, Power BI, Workday Prism and experienced in creating useful data visualizations.
Assigns HR report requests that originate in ServiceNow, works with the HR team to gather requirements, where necessary creates a prototype of the requirements, shares the requirements with the Enterprise Data Analytics (EDA) department, partners with EDA in the development of the requested reports and ensures the final product meets the needs of the requester. Acts as the single point of contact for information related to these requests and will coordinate the resolution of any issues or questions with the appropriate parties.
Supports HR centers of Excellence (COE's) by aiding in business process analysis, measurement of outcomes and create data frameworks that can be leveraged to assess the health of HR's end to end processes. Partners with HR Innovations Consultants to identify and prioritize activities within the end to end process that need to be re-assigned. Consults with HR Innovations team quantify the potential value of these changes to HR and the operations group HR serves.
Displays a strong ability to communicate effectively. Demonstrates problem solving skills. Displays cross-functional leadership and the ability to influence outcomes from outside of one's direct authority.

Qualifications

Master’s degree required, preferably in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Data Sciences.
2 years of applicable experience required.
