Job Summary

Responsible for providing administrative leadership and expertise to the Communication, Guest Services, and Valet Services departments. Develops and monitors appropriate indicators for quality and continuous improvement. Manages the operations of the departments including human resources, budget and finance, short and long range planning, legal and regulatory compliance. Expected to effectively interview, hire, counsel, and discipline, and, when necessary, terminates employees. Responsible for providing professional and technical expertise. Holds major responsibility for implementing the vision and mission, plans and standards of the organization within the departments. Expected to contribute to the strategic planning process, day-to-day operations and attainment of goals of the organization. Attends and participates in Sanford committee meetings. Completes other duties as necessary.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and past experience commensurate with areas of responsibility is required. Master’s degree is preferred including coursework related to organizational science and management concepts or demonstrated equivalent competencies.
