As a Leasing Specialist you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to current and potential residents by showing open apartments, resolving issues, and proactively building positive relationships. Meet lots of people and help them find their future home. Very rewarding. Also assist in the marketing of the property and participate in resident appreciation events on a regular basis. Will have a lot of customer service interaction in person and by phone. Big company but small office team.Build your own pay checks with earning unlimited commissions plus base hourly pay! First 3 months are guaranteed $300.00 per month. Will receive training to make you feel comfortable. Lots of room to grow in your career!

Position Requirements:

• High School or equivalent education required, additional certificates and training preferred
• Vehicle & Valid driver's license (gas allowance provided)
• Strong sales skills and aptitude with confidence and drive to close the sale.
• Customer service experience and a strong customer service mind-set.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to relate to a diverse group of people.
• Basic computer skills.

• Scheduled to work every other weekend
