Job Summary

Facilitates the delivery of prompt and accurate invoice processing and payment distribution. Responsible for processing monthly closing, account analysis, processing invoices, and reporting. Collaborate with leadership to enhance and/or develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures by way of systems and processes that will improve overall operations, efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts payable process. Must be able to identify, manage, and enforce financial control systems, policies, and procedures. Must be able to communicate with a wide range of constituents, both orally and in writing. Must have a high level of accountability. Must present a professional attitude, attire and demeanor. Must have strong customer service skills. Must have the ability to work in a team. Occasional travel will be expected, as well as flexibility in schedule. Time management and interpersonal skills are essential.


Must have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or healthcare administration. Accounting degree is preferred.
Must have at least four years of related work experience, preferably in accounts payable, accounting, business or healthcare administration. Advanced computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word. Oral and written communication skills sufficient to interpret and apply policies and procedures for clarification and problem resolution. Must be self-directed, autonomous and yet be able to work well with multiple individuals at all levels on a regular basis. Must demonstrate leadership skills and abilities.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or other professional certification is preferred but not required.
