Job Summary
Oversee the assigned department and/or employees to ensure processes are followed to provide care to the customers served. Become knowledgeable of product specialty lines relevant to the department and insurance coverage of that product/service. Oversee the department and serve as a resource for employees, and in-house departments regarding products and functions. Will assist leadership with interviewing, hiring, continuing education, and counseling employees for the assigned department.
Qualifications
High school diploma required. Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Previous experience in managing or supervising others preferred. Must possess a minimum of two years of customer service, insurance coverage, and computer data input or sales experience preferred.
Certified Durable Medical Equipment (CDME) specialist preferred, not required.
