Eventide - Downtown in Devils Lake, ND is currently looking for a dynamic Director of Nursing for our skilled nursing facility!

The Director of Nursing position will manage and oversee the clinical departments in the care center to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.

Ideal Candidate

• Must hold a current ND RN license, or be able to obtain licensure upon hire. Bachelor degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of management or supervisory experience in Long Term/Post- Acute Care, Assisted Living, or other medical setting
• Experience in clinical education, state survey, and/or quality performance monitoring
• Working knowledge of federal and state regulations as well as clinical best practice standards
• Excellent communication skills
