Our Park Place Assisted Living community is currently in search of a  full-time Administrative   Assistant  to  TEMPORARILY  join our Edgewood team, with the potential for growth into a permanent position!

As an Administrative Assistant at Edgewood, you would be responsible for ensuring efficient business office functions related to the administration of all employment related practices with a focus on staffing and recruitment efforts. This position will assist in additional office functions such as preparing and maintaining the daily schedule, coordinating the scheduling functions at the community in collaboration with community leadership, assisting in new hire orientation and annual in-service employee training and performing other HR-related duties.

Minimum Requirements

 

You would be a great addition to our team if you possess the following:
  • High School diploma/GED required.
  • Higher education in business management, preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications is required.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and presentation skills, required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness is necessary.
