Job Summary

• Find a client that you enjoy spending time with and work all those available shifts

• Pick when, where, and who you spend your time with, Find that special client and spend your hours with them!

• Visit our clients in their home and help them with daily living tasks and provide that personnel connection.

• Serving the Twin Cities metro area, Services@Home primarily offers non-medical in-home services for those who could use a little assistance with activities of daily living. The caregiver plans and follows a daily care schedule with clients, modifies care plans as prescribed by medical professionals, and reports on any new conditions or needs that may arise.

Assists with personal care, which may include bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.

Follows a prescribed healthcare plan, which may include assisting with exercise and administering medication.

Ensures the clients' home is organized according to their needs and that safety measures are in place.

May be expected to complete some light housework.

Provides mobility assistance if required, for example helping the client in and out of a bed, a chair, or a wheelchair. Transports or escorts the client to medical and other appointments. Monitors and reports changes in health, behavior, and needs.

Must be patient, empathetic, observant and committed to making the client feel comfortable.

We can work with any schedule you have and we offer a great hourly incentive for evening and weekend shifts!

As a PRN (as needed) role there are no benefits available

This role requires a current and valid Drivers License and a personal vehicle
