As a Sales Supervisor, you would be responsible for directing and supervising sales activities for his/her designated territory to maximize profits while increasing volume and distribution.Work Schedule and Pay Rate:Full Time, Salaried (Exempt)Schedule: Monday - Friday, plus 1 Saturday per month; 40+ hours per weekRegular, daily travel to customer locationsPay Rate: Commensurate with experience (Range: $55,000 - $58,000 annually) Essential Responsibilities: Works with the Sales Manager, Merchandising Supervisor and Distribution Supervisor to maximize effectiveness and profitability and achieve sales goals.Maintains a strong working relationship with our customers.Manages sales execution in large format and convenience accounts; provides selling support at the store level.Promotes the sale of our products.Builds a synergistic team environment.Provides oversight and direction to Sales employees in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.Builds and maintains employee morale and motivation; ensures the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies by effectively participating in the hiring and selection process and fosters a diverse and inclusive workplace.Coaches, mentors and develops Territory Sales Representatives and Account Representatives through on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities and performance management processes.
