HR Service Center Advisor Location: Beloit, Wi Contract length: 1 year Pay Rate: $20/hr Hours: 9-6pm
  • Provide day-to-day support to US employee and manager populations on an array of HR-related inquiries utilizing call and case management technologies
  • Understand Country Specific Vendor Deliverables and Effectively Manage Service Delivery Capability to Manage the vendor on effective service delivery for services engaged and payments processing.
  • Take ownership of inquiries ensuring accurate, prompt and consistent resolution or redistribution by following established channels Be a Subject Matter Expert for HR processes, policies, and tools
  • Administer the onboarding and voluntary termination process
  • Understand and adhere to internal practices to ensure employee data privacy compliance with all state, federal and regional labor laws and regulations
  • Initiate common HR transactions in the HRIS and other employee-related systems, ensuring data integrity
  • Partner with HR to review data audits
  • Monitor and manage workflows
  • Analyze issues and make recommendations for updates
  • Continuous evaluation of HR practices to identify improvement opportunities
  • Work with internal departments such as Payroll, Rewards, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, and Internal Audit to ensure data accuracy of shared integrations
  • Maintain employment files
  • Understand and efficient use of ServiceNow technology, to process all HCM transactional requests within agreed KPI SLA's
  • Assist and back up payroll processes as needed.
  • Understanding of MS office tools to document, analyze, interpret and present data to bring about efficiencies in the process. PowerPoint to be used for effective presentation of data including graphs and charts. High level of competency with MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is preferred; a combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
