Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Test Observer

Position Information

Start Date: TBD

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Apprixomately 4-8 hours per month, weekdays.

Payment paid per student tested, calculating approximately $28 per hour.

Observers will observe CNA candidates during the required skills and knowledge tests. As a BSC contracted CNA Observer you will be responsible for following ND Department of Health and D&S guidelines under the direction of the BSC CE Program Manager.

Minimum Requirements

Licensed registered nurse.

One year Long Term Care experience.

Minimum of three years nursing experience.

Ability to work cooperatively with diverse groups.

Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Basic computer skills & email use knowledge

Ability to communicate effectively

Reliable transportation.

Knowledge of skills required for sufficient care in Long Term Care setting.
