We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented and service focused Customer Contact Representative to join our newly established Care (Customer and Resident Experience) Center.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • The Customer Contact Representative is responsible for responding to resident calls as well as helping prospective residents find their homes.
  • Answer incoming calls from potential residents looking for a new home. Sharing with them what our great communities offer.
  • Answering or making calls to residents to help with their needs.
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction ratings based on customer feedback
  • Attend training sessions to stay updated on how best to serve our residents.
  • Input data to keep each customer record updated so they can be served well.
  • Building lasting relationships with residents and other team members based on trust and reliability.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • A person who loves to help people.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • High level of professionalism.
  • Interpersonal communication skills and desire to help others with a service mindset are critical to the success of the role.
  • Language Skills:
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business information.
  • Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquires or complaints.
