Job Summary

The digital web analyst implements on-site analytics and monitors and interprets visitor behavior, analyzing website analytics, generating insightful strategies for optimization and reporting back with easy-to-understand data visuals. Works closely with content strategists, performance media and account service teams to create and operationalize performance plans, providing insights on website traffic, engagement trends, funnel performance, conversion rates and other website related activity with the goal to improve overall website and campaign performance.
Works with marketing teams and stakeholders to understand meaningful KPIs and ensures metrics are appropriately defined, implemented and tested across our digital properties. Leads the improvement and automation of digital analytics programs through platforms such as Power BI. Ensures accurate tracking, analysis and reporting of website KPIs in analytics dashboards. Creates measurable and meaningful goals and event tracking within Google analytics. Possesses the ability to identify, install, troubleshoot and fix Google Analytics code across web properties.
Proactively monitors and provides reporting and action plans for digital properties on a regular basis. Conducts web analysis to showcase the user journey and recommend web page optimizations based on metric performance. Collaborates with internal performance media team to define and operationalize workflows requested to successfully test and analyze campaigns. Collaborates with internal teams on utilization of first party data. Approaches web content and user flow with a test, learn and optimize methodology. Remains up-to-date on the latest digital trends and continually innovates the customer journey.
Demonstrates the ability to be an independent self-starter with great communications skills. Translates insights and observations in a clear and concise manner to teammates, leadership and clients. Exhibits critical thinking skills, curiosity, an open mind and works constructively to improve processes.

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, advertising, business administration, computer science or related field.
Minimum of two years experience working in related field. Experience using the following platforms: Google Analytics, Power BI, Javascript, Google Tag Manager
Google Analytics Certification preferred.
