Premier manufacturing company in Milwaukee seeks an accounting manager. This accounting manager will be responsible for the month end close duties, check runs, ACH batches through banking website, supervising 1, inventory accounting, cost entries, materials management and other duties as assigned by the CFO. BS in accounting is required as well as 5+ years of experience in manufacturing. Cost experience is a plus. Leadership skills are necessary as well. For consideration please contact Candice at .

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience

- Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively

- Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable

- Demonstrated technology and analytical abilities

- Exceptional communication skills that provide the ability to interact with all levels of the organization with a high customer service orientation

- 5+ years of recent relevant financial experience

- Command of Annual Inventory

- Adeptness in month end closings

- Strong familiarity with job costing

- Microsoft Excel experience

- Annual Inventory experience desired

- Check Runs experience

- CPA or MBA preferred
