Job Summary
The Marketing Communications Coordinator is responsible for supporting and executing Marketing projects including sales materials, promotional materials and external events. This position coordinates projects to ensure timely and accurate completion that meets brand standards. The Marketing Communications Coordinator collaborates with internal stakeholders and the agency of record.

Experience Details: Minimum of 3 years of marketing or sales is required; experience in both fields, along with project management/coordination experience is highly preferred.
Certification, Licensures & Registration Requirements
Title: N/A
State or Agency: N/A
Equivalent combination of education, experience or training determined to be acceptable by Human Resources may be substituted, unless regulated by contract or program standards

The Marketing Communications Coordinator is responsible for supporting and executing Marketing projects including sales materials, promotional materials and external events. This position coordinates projects to ensure timely and accurate completion that meets brand standards. The Marketing Communications Coordinator collaborates with internal stakeholders and the agency of record.
Essential Functions
- Assists internal stakeholders with materials, event support and monthly communications; ensures completion by all established deadlines.
- Ensures assigned projects are fully completed. Leads or facilitates coordination with requesters, internal team members and appropriate stakeholders.
- Fosters positive and collaborative working relationships with requesters, internal team members and appropriate stakeholders. Attends marketing meetings to gain insights on upcoming projects and needs.
- Provides ongoing communication on project status to those involved, with the ultimate goal of delivering the project timely, accurately and to the requester’s satisfaction.
- Submits completed project request forms and communicates the plan to the team for execution. Attends divisional meetings and provides project updates and/or direction.
- Ensures brand standards are met on all projects. Adheres to the processes, protocols and policies of the Brand and Marketing Communications Division.
- Works directly with internal roles to modify and update existing marketing and sales materials, including marketing grids, product brochures and applications.
- Organizes and presents information in an effective manner. Meets with and provides updates to management and project stakeholders to address progress or concerns.
- Works with internal departments on materials to be filed with the North Dakota Insurance Department. Maintains the filing status and process.
