Description:

Job Title: Underground Foreman

Job Type: Temp to Hire or Direct Hire

Location: Rogers, MN

Shift/Hours: 1st Shift Mon-Fri 7:00am - 4:00pm or until the job is complete

Career Level: Minimum of 2 year experience in the installation industry

Education: High School Diploma

Salary : $30-40/hr

Description:

1.Leads and accepts responsibility for the successful completion of field operations

2. Run locator for driller

3. Oversee proper set up and tear down of job site

4. Complete and submit accurate paperwork back to the office

5. Work with mechanic on vehicle maintenance issues

6. Fill out damage reports and submit photos on hits, accidents, and injuries

7. Serve as point of contact for the customer and the end user

8. The Foreman is responsible for closely supervising and assisting with the construction of the underground utility site.

9. Foreman will need to be able to lead experienced drillers, as well as train new laborers while maintaining safe productive job sites

Requirements:

1. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record for team development and employee mentoring capabilities

2. Understanding of all underground installation processes

3. Keen attention to detail and able to meet deadlines

4. 2 years foreman experience within the installation industry

5. Must possess good written and verbal communication skills

6. Valid, unrestricted Class A CDL required to comply with insurance requirements

7. Willing to travel

Physical Requirements:

1. Able to lift up to 50 lbs

2. Able to work with a shovel moving dirt

3. Able to bend, lift, dig, exert a lot of energy, be on feet for long hours, endure all temperatures
