In this role, you'll define standards, drive consistency of a product practice and indirectly lead 30+ Product Owners to establish a mature Product Practice. To be successful in this role, you'll have served as both a Product Owner/Manager and a team leader within product organizations. The Product Practice Lead will report directly to the Head of the Agile Center of Excellence.location: ST PAUL, Minnesotajob type: Contractsalary: $75 - 105 per hourwork hours: 8am to 4pmeducation: Bachelorsresponsibilities:Define common Product Owner & Product Management practices (e.g. roadmap creation, outcome/measurement definition, product discovery processes, prioritization tactics, requirements definition, stakeholder communication/management, etc.)+ Coach team of 30+ Product Owners on standardized practices and ensure adoption/adherence by all team members+ Partner with HR managers to provide input into annual performance reviews on product practices+ Input in decisions regarding hiring and promotions+ Create training & certification tracks and ensure adherence within the team+ Partner with the Portfolio Management & Agile Transformation Core teams to align methods across practice areas+ In partnership with the business, establish clear roles & responsibilities between product teams and business stakeholders+ Define metrics and clear measurement plan to identify maturity improvements for the Product Practice long-term+ Align these metrics and measurements plans with those created by the Portfolio Management & Agile Transformation Core teams+ Serve as a member of the Agile Transformation Core Leadership team to counsel, coach, and participate in transformational initiatives to transform & scale agile methods throughout the organizationqualifications:+ Experience level: Experienced+ Minimum 12 years of experience+ Education: Bachelorsskills:+ Product Management+ Product Owner+ Agile Methodology+ Product ManagementEqual Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.
