The Position
The Assistant Construction Project Manager supports the planning and coordinating of activities of designated projects to ensure goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
Education/Experience:
Associates Degree or higher in Construction Management OR 3+ years of work experience in a commercial construction project coordinator/manager role.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated working knowledge of commercial/industrial construction process (RFIs, submittals, change orders, etc.)
- Strong organization, judgment, and attention to detail.
- Well versed in the construction management process: pre-construction; construction and close out.
- Experience with ProCore, ProEst and SAGE 100 software a plus.
- Able to travel throughout the US and Canada.
