Job Details
Will work directly with Office Manager. Will work with Site Managers at various property locations. Will process incoming Section 8 and market rental applications. Will process rent adjustments. Will insure submission of required or missing documents from current tenants. Will author discipline letters and legal notices to tenants. Will involve occasional travel to various properties. Will perform other tasks as assigned.
