Job Summary

Completes all of Profile coach on boarding consisting of: pre-coach certification requirements, attending coach certification class, passing coach certification exam, and accepting Profile Code of Ethics including protocol adherence and utilization of meal replacements that directly correlate with member plans. After a successful 90-day evaluation, Associate Coach will be promoted to Profile Coach. Must remain skilled in developing trust and building rapport with current and/or potential members while supporting an environment free of discrimination and bias.
Demonstrates excellent skills in customer service, enthusiasm, compassion, teamwork and empathy. Possesses strong work ethic and dedication to continued learning, including participation in monthly staff meetings and obtaining required units of Profile ongoing education credits. Possesses computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and web navigation, especially the Profile Member and Coach app.
Operates Point of Sale, member management and phone systems. Provides one-on-one and/or small group coaching sessions to members of the Profile Weight Management program. Delivers evidence-based protocols, reinforcing the value of using meal replacement products for weight loss and weight maintenance, as designed by the Profile Clinical Advisory Board.
Possesses motivational interviewing skills to retain member and assist them with healthy lifestyle modification. Respects confidential information of Profile members and Profile business statistics. Assists with Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), business development, evaluating program effectiveness and process improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum of a bachelor's degree or six years of equivalent and applicable experience required.
Must complete onboarding and Profile certification as an Associate Coach.
Achieve and maintain Profile Coach Certification.
