Location: Fond du Lac Ojibwe School
Supervisor: K-12 School-wide Principal
Closing Date: January 22, 2021

Rate of Pay/Range of Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
" Coordinate all school wide activities, including Gifted and Talented Program and other assigned programs and activities associated with the Fond du Lac Ojibwe School to include planning, developing and implementing goals and objectives.

" Maintain records of all activities and provide reports as necessary to include program evaluation, surveys and the collection, analysis, and development of information needed to accomplish goals.

" Researches methods and techniques for identifying and teaching gifted and talented students. Establish and operate model projects and exemplary programs for identification and education of gifted and talented student, including cooperative programs involving business, industry, and education.

" Work in collaboration with Fond du Lac Education personnel and other schools and agencies as appropriate. Maintain a professional relationship with all staff and community members.

" Works collaboratively with School-wide Administrative Office Manager to coordinate all school wide functions.

" Attends all meetings as appropriate.

" Performs other related duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
" BA degree is preferred.

" Knowledge of word processing and computer input and retrieval is required.

" Knowledge of computer data base programs is required.

" Knowledge of American Indian culture and ability to work positively within the Indian community is required.

" Ability to work cooperatively with various agencies and related personnel is required.

" Willing to attend training and/or related educational activities is required.

" Ability to work independently and establish work priorities is required.

" Attention to detail and accuracy is required.

" Subject to pre-employment, post accident, return to duty, follow-up, and random drug testing.

" Subject to pre-employment and annual background checks.

" Some travel is required.
