Luther College seeks an information professional with passion and interest for providing workstation support for faculty, staff, labs and classrooms on campus. The workstation support specialist is a member of our User Services and Workstation Support teams within Information Technology Services (ITS) who support, maintain, monitor, update, troubleshoot and repair desktop computer systems, software and applications.

The successful candidate will bring experience in building images for the Windows and Macintosh operating systems; close attention to detail; strong communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to think and work independently and to adapt in an engaging and developing environment; and will display advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. We value candidates with an affinity for the liberal arts and prefer candidates with an associate or bachelor's degree in computer science or a related information- based field.
